FARMSLite is built with privacy by default. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All your entries stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

Your data never leaves your device unless you actively export or share it.

2. What We Collect

Website (www.farmsliteapp.com):

• Basic server logs (e.g., IP address for security, error messages)
• Logs are retained for up to 30 days to ensure security and debug issues
• No tracking cookies or profiling tools
• Legal Basis: Legitimate Interests — site stability and security

Mobile App:

• Your entries (mood, food, rest, sleep, journal, etc.) are stored locally on your device
• We never access, transmit, or analyze your data

Google Play Token Use

We do not track or retain any user download or deletion data. The only data associated with Google Play is the use of temporary install tokens, which are securely processed by the Play Store to confirm installation. These tokens are short-lived, not linked to any user identity, and are never stored or analyzed by FARMSLite.

3. Optional Features

• CSV Export: Saves data to your device’s local storage
• Sharing: Uses your phone’s native share menu — you control what leaves your device

4. What We Never Do

• Sell or rent your data
• Share with advertisers or third parties
• Use analytics SDKs or ad networks
• Connect to external servers for personal data

5. Permissions

The app may request certain permissions to support local-only features. No data is collected, stored, or sent from these permissions.

6. Your Choices

• You can delete your logs at any time from within the app or by clearing storage
• Uninstalling FARMSLite deletes all local data from your device
• We do not store backups — deletion is permanent
• Future features will continue to follow this privacy-first model

7. Security

Since all data is stored locally, your security depends on your device. We recommend:

• Device encryption
• Screen lock or biometric access
• Backups (if desired)

8. Children’s Privacy

FARMSLite is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Parents and guardians should supervise any use by children.

9. Google Play Data Safety

FARMSLite does not collect or share any data. All logs remain on your device, and any exports must be initiated by you.
